Hi ****，
We are in need of more information for your condo. Underwriting is
requiring what is called a 'Condo Questionnaire.' On this questionnaire, it
gives the UW all the information bout that condo association that Chase
will require before we can close the loan. We also will need a copy of the
master insurance policy.
Both of these items are required and the cost of these items is in the
hands of the borrower's. th
