之后就没有回过国。我的公司律师也说I-797A就是最好的证明了。
大家有没有什么办法快速解决这个问题的？如果拖得久了，我又要付钱去延长rate

You are permitted to stay in the United States for the duration of your I-94
(the card you were given at the time of your initial entry into the U.S.)
The validity generally matches the time indicated on the I-797 (Notice of
Approval). Even when your visa expires it is the expiration date on the I-94
/I-797 that counts. However, if you plan to travel outside of the US/Canada/
Mexico, you will need to get a new visa to re-enter the U.S. |

没有离过境应该不是问题。 |

response, "For whatever reason, the underwriting manager is not satisfied
with material you provided, so it is escalating to his manager."
If the rate lock does expire and I have to pay to get a rate extension, is
there a chance that I can ask the bank to cover the fee because it is their
responsibility?

do you live in? Our underwriters have no problems with H-1B visa. If your
title is ready, we can close your loan in 2 weeks.

According to my broker, this is the last remaining issue for my final
approval, so I kind of want to give them additional 2/3 days.
Just out of curiosity, does my extension fee go to the broker/underwriter?
Interested in knowing if they are intentionally delaying the process.
