We usually close loan in about 3 weeks (4 weeks for FHA loans). |

发帖数: 382 | 4 I meant a Banker, not a broker or big bank like Wells Fargo or Bank of
America. Ask your agent if they underwrite your loan in house.
If you are buying a condo, make sure the Association manager can complete
the Condo Questionnaire and return to the lender ASAP.
