情况是这样,foreclosure bank-owned highrise condo, cash deal, $251K。
seller attorney选的title insurance company给的closing cost估价如下:
Owner Title Policy: $1,290
Mortgage Title Policy: $350 (这个我应该不需要)
Escrow & Closing Fee: $800
网上搜了一下,感觉估价偏高,有经验的给点意见?谢谢
另外addendum上有一段说feel free to shop around,我的律师说title company只能

cash offer, you definitely should not have this one. Owner's title insurance
is optional, but it is better to have one to protect your investment.
Escrow and closing fee seems OK to me. I bought bank foreclosed house too,
and the bank chose the title company as a requirement of the deal. So your
case is similar to mine and should not be very bizzar. |
