offer 250, 255, back with 265 (realtor said it was saler's final
final offer 261, back with 262(realtor said it was saler's final again)
my bottom line is 259 actually since another same model (maybe less upgrade)
sold price is 250k, I gave $2000 more for my final offer only because of
the $8k credit.
