是一大片affordable housing的apartments，各种族裔的孩子说着各种听不懂的语言在

location that affects value. that's why a townhouse, not a luxury SFH was
built there. on the other hand, if the region is in continuous development,
and that affordable housing is gonna be torn down for a new community, then
it's good for buy property next to it |

affordable housing的一个大楼也是新盖的，应该不会很快被拆

because they are prone to crime

舒适程度打折扣。
