1）那个牌子的漆比较好？
2）除了油漆，还要买那些东西，要准备胶带和旧报纸吗？
3）刷完了多长时间入住比较好，我们房子close和租房lease结束有一个月的时间。

scraper, sanding block, masking tape, roller, brush (purdy brand), old
sheets to cover the floor.
1 month is good enough, open window often.

发帖数: 4125 | 10 SW is not as good as BM based on my experience.
I have used paint from all kinds of stores, walmart, ace, hd, lowes, sw, bm.
So far BM paint is best middle priced paint I have used so far.
They may cost a few dollar more per can, but well worth it.

There is no need to buy this unless you have small kids.
I just use regular paint and open window often for a week.

wipe clean. If you prime the wall or painting over existing paint, their
paint can spread more area.
If you use it directly on dry wall (without primer first), it will suck up
much more paint on the first coat.

do not like the thin plastic one time use tarp (paint does not get absorbed
, if you step on it, transfer everywhere)

more paint?
We have cracks on drywall and the current owner will just spackle them. We
want to paint the wall to cover up the spackled wall. So do we need to prime
first?
The second question is, where can we get SM?

刷家具。漆刷太厚，粘结不好。 |

is less than $2.
it is in the paint section. Just go there and ask the sales, you'll get
everything you need.
For water-based paint sld in marican stores, you can 入住 right away.
Although people wait fro s few days to let the odor out.

发帖数: 9607 | 18 我现在刷墙一定要刷Primer，好处是遮盖能力强，在Primer上刷漆比在干净墙上省漆。
我觉得Primer+一层漆比不刷Primer刷两层漆效果好省力又省钱。

and all professionals that have
inspected their vivid frescos (go figure..) recommend use of KILZ primer to
me.
