另外，客厅墙上有许多小洞，大多是镜框的钉子造成的。请问在刷墙前用什么东西能堵
住洞，把墙面抹平，然后再刷漆？ |

joint compound抹一下 干了sander打磨平就可以了 |

days). Total ~830 sq ft (kitchen, breakfast, living room, laundry). All
ceilings, walls, trims and two doors. I supply primers and paints. The
quotes are from local guys. One is from Craigslist (I used him for fence
repair before), the other is from coleague's referral. |

paint is in good condition (no peel-offs, no repairs) and you just want a
fresh look or change color, you can go without primer. If the new color is
close to the old one, you can just apply one coat of paint, otherwise you
need two coats for good result. |

个combo price for refinishing trim and floor,算下来$2500左右吧，所以从了第三
家. 今天问了邻居，他们年初也quote了一个差不多这个价钱，应该没太亏吧
