But if your walls needs a lot of prep work, scraping, caulking, sanding, etc
. The labor could be pretty high.
If you do it yourself, consider renting a scaffolding if more than 1 story tall.
You should be fine using a ladder with a ranch.

Do you plan to brush and roll or spray?
1 coat or 2 coat?
Do you plan to change color?
Do you plan to paint the trim? (same as old color?)
Too many questions, without seeing it first, hard to give you a good answer.
May be you can post some pictures first.
You should never wait so long (it is much more work when the paint is
already started peeling)

窗框是神咖啡色，我想保持这个颜色，body，我想换成白色。
这样和屋顶比较搭配。
右边这个蓝色的门周围都是深褐色的木质板结构，
不知道保持原色好，还是都弄成白色？
po5.jpg是近照，不知道1,2,3,4,5弄成什么颜色比较合适？
1是body，2是蓝色的门，3个前檐ceiling，4是另一种body的木质板，5里面是个空调
其他三张都是外墙的peeling off的照片，
这样的损坏程度，不知道该如何处理？

发帖数: 4125 | 8 This is very bad condition, if you don't do something about it soon, it will
start to rot.
You will need to scrap all lose paint off first, sand it down, caulk all
around windows and trims, use one coat of primer and two coats of paint.
To make it slightly easy, you can use a sprayer to spread the paint and
brush and roll to make it stick better.
If you do not plan to live in very long, you can just spray but it will need
another paint job in 5 years for sure.

find all you need at any paint store or HD.
It is not hard, just time consuming, depending how much you have sand, you
can use a small power sander or sanding block.
You might consider work on one wall at time, don't work too much on the
first few days, otherwise you can not lift your arm when you go back to work
on Monday, since you are not u

发帖数: 4125 | 12 Scrap as much as you can, sand after that. If do not get rid of the old
paint, the new paint will not stick, it will begin to bubble and peel soon,
your paint job was wasted and you will be back at the current situation
again in 5 to 10 years. But if you can get as much off as you can and sand
it down to bare, put a good coat of primer on and brush and roll 2 medium
coats. With a good paint (some company offer life time warranty), it should
last a long time.
