标 题: prime墙到什么程度比较好？

蓝色的墙要刷成白色，prim 了一遍，没有把蓝色遮的很完全，请问可以上涂料了么，
还是用prime再coat一遍比较好？

I happen to have a professional painter of 22 years sitting right beside me,
so I showed him your question! This was his response:
In most cases you actually don't need to use a primer if you are covering a
clean wall that was previously painted with latex, primer is really only
required when you are going from a oil based paint to a latex or a high
gloss finish to a matte finish. So, you can save yourself time, money and
effort by skipping the primer coat. Being that you already sanded your wall
you should have no problems with adhesion, just make sure that you sanded
any spots that had an oily residue from hands or spills really well.
That being said, if your new Tan colored paint is a white base 2 coats
should do it. Even if you do require a 3rd you are doing the same amount of
work as a primer coat and 2 top coats. Your paint can will tell you if your
color is a white (base 1), clear (base 2) or deep base (base).
