之前还要自己雇人做inspection吗？realtor说新房子不用，但有一些不太放心。听说
过很多新房子有问题的，虽然保修，但如果搬进去后修来修去也挺麻烦的。请问一下，

builder, they are perfectionist and will not let anything slip by them. For
example, I know this builder come to the construction site everyday and look
at the progress himself, one day during framing, he check every single stud
that the sub-contractor put up, he broke every single one that had a few
knots in the wood or not straight (the wood itself) and made sub-contractor
put in new ones. Most contractor will just let th |

I don't think it is necessary, but he make sure the sub-contractor does a
good job and he check him self. a few studs with knot or bark or slightly
bowed is ok by my standard, of course when I buy lumber, I pick them one
piece at time, so I will not have that problem when I do the work myself.
But for a contactor to do that is not very often, but that are good ones out
there that do care.

发帖数: 4125 | 11 Most high end builder will insulate the supply line (both hot and cold) more
for energy efficient than for noise (large house will have circulation pump
). Insulate the drain line is purely for noise. It does work, you will not
hear upstairs people use their bathroom for example.
I believe so. some pipe such as shower and toilet are bigger than sink
though.
