-So far as buyer's agent rebate. I am not sure exactly what you are
referring to. The seller pays all the commissions to their listing Broker
and to the buyer's Broker. Agents are paid by their Broker according to
the contract in place with that Broker. Agents can only be paid by their
Broker and it is a split. The buyer does not pay anything here. We can

房子都快买好了说明你跟agent的合同已经签好了吧？那你的rebate估计没戏了。

you can get some is very low. r u in one of the Redfin.com's market? if so,
show this guy what Redfin says. He hasn't close all the door yet since he is
saying that he is "open to any discussions". on the other hand, if u r
looking for a deal, I'd suggest you not ask for this. remember "you'll get
what you paid for".
