边agent分，你的agent再把到手的给你一部分，除非对方一毛钱都不给或者给的很少，
比如只给1%给你的agent,这种情况可能就没有。

如果房价过低或者是commission太少当然也就没什么分的了 |

My company nor any other company participates in a discount buyer brokerage.
The seller is the one that pays the commission and in this case it's the
bank and even if we we could discount the fee it would go to the bank
because they are paying it so it wouldn't help you out at all. I do
understand your question and i know anything at all would help. The only
thing I can do is after closing I can give you gift certificate as a closing
gift. I am not allowed to give cash because its against the law for a
realtor to do that. I'm not sure yet how much the bank will pay in
commission so I can't tell you yet on how much. If they only pay 3% then I
could give $250 if they pay 6% I could give $500.
