我们找的师傅给我们推荐的木板是中国产的，上面一层是
santos Mahogany，2毫米厚，plywood有9层，做工上
我看不出来好不好，因为实在是没有什么经验。那个师傅
说做的挺好的。网上扫盲了一下，觉得这个wear layer太
薄了一点，好像都说要3毫米以上。大家怎么看？
我们可能需要自己找材料，一般就是去home depot和lowe's
吗？大家有没有什么推荐的店和牌子？非常非常感谢。新手
装修房子，问题一大堆。 |

refinish it which is a important factor to use hardwood/engineer floor. The
installer won't care about those.

a "Click-Lock", it is very easy for DIY.

Santos Mahogany is one of the most popular hardwood floor。
And name one engineered floor whose wear layer and the plywood use the same
wood.
不懂就别瞎说。

3mm minimum wear layer. good quality birch for the plywood. Number of layers
is not that important.
The lowest brand you should use is Urban Floor or Johnson, if you decide on
exotic woods (Santos Mahogany is one of those). Any brand that is cheaper
than those are very questionable.
