sale townhouse because I have waited for 3 months for a short sale house.
Unfortunately, today the short-sale house is also approved by the bank! My
contract for short-sale house wouldn't be void until 12/30/09. And I put $
5000 deposit in the agent.
Can somebody advise me how to step out the short-sale deal?

对方也会来个counter 让你们签字，上面有他们一些新的要求。你让你的经纪人书面通
知退出就可以啦。
然后，listing agent会把房子又放回市场，接受新的offer。 |

如果不是，你可以撤合同。如果是，你就撤最近发的合同。总不能同时买两套房吧？ |
