一样，有学校说 F1 也可以，有些学校说必须要 H1B。这个难道不是移民局规定的吗？
怎么不同学校还有不同政策？多谢了！ |

does not care what type of visa you have. All you need is a valid status
which allows you stay in US legally and does not prohibit you from going to
school on part-time basis. |

。这么说来，我是不能上明年秋季的 part-time program 了，只好等到 H1B 生效，申
请后年秋季的 part-time 了是吧？多谢。

发帖数: 275 | 4 I cannot see why you can't apply for next year's admission. It has nothing
to do with H1B. If you are applying for part time program, you are using
your day time work to maintain your status. OPT or H1B, they are both fine.
Try to educate the school admission officers.
