1。full time job (reduced billable)，evening law school
2。full time law school，part time job（这个估计就每天做不了几个钟头了）
如果在DC area，应该怎么选？
如果在palo alto，又该怎么选？
if you can comment about the challenges, I will definitely appreciate more.

发帖数: 1757 | 2 I am in DC and going PT is an easy choice for me for a couple of reasons.
Without a greencard it is not that easy to find a part time job while in law
school. Also I need the money and benefit which come with the full time job
. You always have the option of switching from PT to FT after the first year
anyway.

You will be able to turn the part-time work into full time after the first
year, because if you already have a job, you don't need to go to classes.
You will also get to know other full-time students, who will turn into
higher-quality network resources than the night-school types.
Besides, three years of law school is already sickening, you don't want to
spend one day more than necessary there. |

Yes, I have to stay in DC since my firm is there.

time就是因为Chicago没有什么很好的IP firm。 GP firm又不怎么招technical
adviser.
ironny的firm应该好得不能再好了吧。

If you have a family to support, you can try FT job while studying PT.
But remember, it's still very hard to find enough study time for 1L. |
