时间，在这段时间之内，有没有法律规定公司必须继续付这个员工工资？
刚拿了一个Offer, 里面只说Non-Compete Period是9个月，没有任何文字说明这段时间
的工资问题。打电话问他们，他们说得很含糊。招我的那个head-hunter说有法律规定
，在non-compete period内，公司必须按员工前一年的收入付给员工工资，否则员工不
必遵守。请问这个是真的吗？

发帖数: 3 | 5 谢谢。一些公司有的。就是说，公司不让你compete的话，就会pay你，如果他不pay,
你就不用遵守non-compete条款，可以去别的competing公司工作。这样双方权利义务对
等。
不过看来不普遍。

term in the contract, you don't get paid. If you haven't signed the
agreement, you can try negotiating the terms.
