Today, this guy replied to me:
"The presumption in most state laws, including Illinois law, is that cars in
good working condition will function properly for at least 30 days. If
they don't, the burden of proof is on the seller that the buyer damaged the
car within those 30 days. And you will find it hard to prove that I did
