o Bi-lingual Mandarin/English is a plus
o PHR/SPHR designation or advanced degree preferred
o Experience in the high tech industry, information technology preferred,

o Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships
o Must have excellent judgment and conflict management skills
o Proven track record of successful experience working across a complex,
global organization and with other business partners
o Excellent ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally
o Strong analytical and software skills – must be well versed in MS
Office, with strong Excel capabilities, Workday experience a plus
o Strong organization and project management skills, comprehensive tact
and discretion
o Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
