in Columbus OH, is seeking to hire an Administrative Supervisor.
Role Summary:
•Provide general administrative support to Human Resources; also
assist in accounting, coordination of events, and other office duties as
assigned.
•Weekends: assist hotel events and activities
•Weekdays: Provide general office support assigned by manager
Responsibilities:
•Perform administrative duties such as scheduling interviews, tracking
completion of hire paperwork, and preparing a variety of documents.
•Prepares new employees for assignments by establishing and conducting
orientation and training programs.
•Maintaining physical and electronic documents and records according
to new procedures/systems.
•Organizing and maintaining employee and vendor files.
Requirements:
•Two+ years HR job experience needed.
•Flexible working schedule needed, must available in the evenings,
weekends and holidays.
•Bi-lingual (mandarin) preferred.
•Preferred 1 year professional experience in a fast-paced office
environment with demonstrated ability with all levels of staff and guests
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Uphold the hotel standards and culture.
