Job Location: Downtown, NY
Mandarin Customer Service Manager
Real Estate Property Management office of 4 large Co-Op buildings is seeking
a Bi-lingual in English/Mandarin Customer Service Manager. Candidate MUST
be able to speak Mandarin and possess an energetic and take-charge approach.
The candidate will be based at the front desk/reception area of the
management office and will possess the excellent organizational and customer
service qualities to accommodate the needs of all the co-op tenants.
Main job responsibilities will include:
· Serve as the primary initial contact person for residents and
others walking into or calling the management office.
· Responsible for ensuring that ALL resident complaints and/or
inquiries are routed to the appropriate management personnel in a prompt and
courteous manner, as well as any follow up required thereafter.
· Assist with office management duties as directed by the General
Manager and Assistant General Manager.
· Assist in the proper supervision and oversight of the two
Administrative Assistants.
Job Requirements:
· Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin REQUIRED
· Minimum of 5 years of admin support experience in a Corporate
setting
· Proficiency in the use of computers and associated systems and
interfaces
Benefit:
the salary is $40,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package [paid
vacation, personal and sick days; health insurance after 90 days and
immediate eligibility to 401(k) benefits ]
