Work place: Texas/Kansas Office
Job Responsibilities:
1. Look for good suppliers and set up supplier’s network.
2. Send Inquiries to suppliers. Place Purchase orders with suppliers.
3. Order management and tracking to ensure delivery in time; report the
order status and delivery plan to Beijing Office.
4. Contact the forwarder to arrange the shipment transportation (include
inquiry the freight cost).
5. Inspect the received products and paperwork.
6. Prepare the customs declaration documents and ensure the quality of the
documents.
7. Follow up the shipment, timely feedback, to solve the problems in
tracking;
Job Requirements:
1. Acknowledge the import and export business processes, good knowledge of
order tracking and customs declaration;
2. More than 1 year working experience preferred.
3. Exporting experience in general aviation preferred
4. Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Good communication ability, coordination skills and problem solving
skills; Strong sense of responsibility, taking seriously in working;
credible team player and be integrity.
