Target tells suppliers it "will not accept any new cost increases related to
tariffs on goods imported from China."
In a memo, the retailer also says it expects suppliers to "develop the
appropriate contingency plans so that we don't have to pass price increases
along to our guests."
As companies scramble to deal with newly imposed tariffs on Chinese goods,
Target is demanding that its suppliers absorb increased costs so consumers
wouldn't be affected.

supplier discount 更低的价格，但是 supplier discount无法加上了。
不过版主错了。其它manafacturer rebates 是可以叠加到 supplier discount之上的。
还有，你应该可以上网看到
supplier discount的价格的。公司主页上如果沒有这个信息的话就HR问一下如何设帐

invoice给我，他拿了一个看起来好假的invoice, 上面价格就和他的MSRP一样。这应该
能肯定是忽悠吧？我应该怎么回应？

产地)产品有同样的性能和品质。性能和品质一样，不是一件、两件产品对比，要达到
足够的confidence level，可能需要很大的sample size。订货量小的产品，是需要100
%合格的。新的产地都不见得有合格的QA、QC人员。
为了保证生产，稍微像样的公司，都需要2nd supplier，需要V&Q所有的suppliers。转

买难砍价的车最合算（audi家，除了A3, A4的车型），还有就是买新款车合算。因为无
论买什么车，都是6% discount，没有更多的了。
对了，提醒楼主，这个supplier discount 是可以和loyalty or conquest discount合
用的。如果楼主有audi或者其他豪车，是可以享受supplier discount + loyalty/
conquest discount的。非常合算 |

我目前的情况是这样的，我看中一辆车，MSRP 是 $44,760. dealer 告诉我either
invoice $42,207.78 or 6% off $72,074.49 ＋ＴＴＬ。
我原以为是dealer 给我一个价，比如说$42,207.78 然后我还能在那个基础上再用
supplier discount 减去2k 多， 因为我认为这个supplier discount是厂商给的，不
影响dealer本身的利润。 但目前的情况是似乎dealer只让我两个价格选一个。
不知道是我原来想的那种情况正确 还是确实只能两选一。
