标 题: 恶心的烙印同事

烙印比我早几个月加入这家公司，我们都是码工，快在这家公司工作3年了。我当初来
的时候他对我一点也不客气，一副倚老卖老的样子。
从去年开始，我听说烙印自己在外面搞项目。渐渐得公司这边在一直偷懒。由于老板是
我们组promote上去的，所以老板对他没有管得太紧。我可是清楚得开在眼里。烙印在
老板离开table后讲笑话，不好好干活。老板在的时候，他装得很老实的样子。
去年他作了几个项目，结果是烂得一塌糊涂。而且专门挑简单，不重要的活干。能偷懒
尽量偷懒，daily scrum（11：45AM）30%左右时间缺席。我对他的偷懒是看在眼里，但
我从来没有在背后说过他的坏话。
最近，他的一个local environment不能build了，都几个礼拜了也不去修。他需要改几
个javascript文件，要我帮忙在我的machine上改。我当初就跟他说了，试一下可以，
但我不管后面的测试和submit。可是我怎么就上了他的当呢，他后来还要我submit
pull request。由于我不想要不必要的麻烦，就send给了他一个diff image，希望他能
在自己的local上改代码，然后他自己submit pull request。哪知道这厮真的很懒也很
不要脸。今天又让我给他send pull request。我就同他说你可以在自己的branch上照
着那个diff image改啊，他就不要脸的跟我说：you should help people in your
team.这是他妈的什么狗屁理论。我就问他，那你以后都指望我帮你写代码了？他就回
答说大的project他会做，不想为了这个小的变动去fix environment。。。可是他已经
等了3个礼拜了呀。。。我真是晕那，真的不想理这个无赖。
后来我想算了，这次就为他改代码吧。不过下不为例。请大家给建议，以后怎么摆脱这
个无赖！谢谢！ | p***m
发帖数: 387 | 2 What can we say, this guy is a pushover by himself, shouldn't blame anyone
else. One way to make it professionally in the same situation is to send
this colleague whatever he wants in an email saying
"Hi Blahblah, I am sending you this JibraJabra that you were asking for,
please check if everything looks fine. As always, I am very glad that I can
help out."
And, most importantly, don't forget to CC this email to the boss or the
whole team.
The next time, it would be even better if you have your own project going on
, then just send this email to him and the boss,
"Hi Blahblah, I truly understand your JibraJabra was in stuck for weeks, and
I wish I could help you out in certain ways. But as you can see I have got
my JabraJibra going on at this moment. I promise I will get to you the first
thing when I am done here."

关系。
