发帖数: 64 | 1 现在受雇于一个consultant company 去给大公司做contractor, 今天发来个合同，有
两点感觉对我不是很有利，问下大家。
一个是关于H1B的，那consultant company说给办H1B，但移民局的费用大概3000多刀的
费用我要自己付。
今天发来的合同叫 "Employment and non-compete agreement" 第一段说"The term of
this Agreement shall be from 10/01/2015 to 09/30/2016, except terms and
obligations that survive the Agreement as specified herein"
关于H1B说：
"It is further understood that should employee leave the employ of Company
prior to the expiration of any Temporary Visa status which Company has
obtained on Employee's behalf, or if employee breaches this agreement at ay
time, Employee will be liable for all expenses Company has incurred......"
其中这个"expiration of any Temporary Visa status"指的是H1B的3年（或是6年）还
是指合同上的 10/01/2015 to 09/30/2016 ？
后面还有个non-compete 的条款，说的大概是员工和consultant company解除合同后一
年之内不能到consultant company 的client 那去工作，也就是说我去大公司干活但留
不下来成不了大公司的正式员工。
关于这个non-compete 条款，想问下它的法律上有多少执行力。因为我之前听说很多去
ICC的人，干着干着就留在大公司了。我觉着他们和ICC之间也应该签了non-compete条
款， 但好像ICC也没管这事。
