filtered out small num of them. most of them were sent to HM.
HM will review and schedule official phone screen.
if you have knowledge of restful, service oriented, oauth, map reduce,
machine learning, scalable service knowledge, you have higher possibility of
being selected to interview.
after last year HR layoff, not enough recruiters in MS now.
you can still send your CV, but will have to wait to next round if HM is not
happy with first round refers.
