做export license。 问题是，我旧的H1B一个月后就要失效了（export license要60-
90天才下来），到时候，即使有了新的h1B,但是没有export license还是不能工作，这
种情况下我能用我的新H1B合法呆在美国么（我记得H1B没有payroll就无效）？有哪位
大侠有类似经历么？有什么walk around 么？

I think you have a grace period for 60 days.
Just google Grace period for H1B or OPT holders.

with ×××× ends on ×××, 2012 (or earlier if you choose to terminate
your employment prior to this time). Therefore, as of ×××, 2012, you will

Then you may better discuss with your layer.
But I know one lady here got fired and found a job after 2 weeks. If you
cannot get any grace period, maybe you can go back to China and then come
back again after your EL approved with H1B visa.

有没有可能手里有了qualcomm 的新H1B，移民局就不查了呢？ |
