小公司在湾区，面的是R & D scientist or engineer，最后给的scientist
base是112K，我想问一下这个工资水平是否合适，有提高的空间吗
stock是3000unit，但是只有购买权，不是直接给，一般给股票都只是给购买权吗？
公司没有办绿卡的经验，但是口头说会帮我，offer里面没有提，这样靠谱吗？
拿到的第一个offer，所以很多地方不太明白。没有提bonus，也没有提以后的raise。

You will be granted an option to purchase 3000 shares of the Company’s
Common Stock. The exercise price per share will be determined by the Board
of Directors when the option is granted. The option will be subject to the
terms and conditions applicable to options granted under the Company’s
Stock Plan. The option will be immediately exercisable, but the unvested
portion of the purchased shares will be subject to repurchase by the Company
at the exercise price in the event that your service terminates for any
reason before you vest in the shares. You will vest in 25% of the option
shares after 12 months of continuous service.

Basically, if this company's current price is $20 per share
4 yrs later,
it becomes $40 per share, your option is worth ($40-$20)*3000=60K
before tax
it becomes $15 per share, your option is worthless.
