manager.talk后无它.小中是个senior,看着很面善.问了几道题都很基本.平时直接在电
脑上比划,出错后再改习惯了.在纸上写还有点不太适应.厚厚.最后一道概率题.上一次
做概率好象是远古时代了.吭吃半天搞不出来.很没面子.唉,想我老当初在学校也算一介
牛人.学习除了搞不过一想当初浙江省高考前十名的小丫头外别人都不在话下啊. 题估
计是小中网上找的.一google满地都是.大伙来做做看要多长时间.以前上过课做过的就
算了.先不要google答案也先.

过程有些思考.面试的决定因素是什么?做出来说明了什么?做不出来说明了什么?我自己
也面试过不少人.可能是工作了几年,见过的人比较多了.往往在看过简历后就大致知道
这个人是不是合适.面试只是个验证的过程.当然排除类似老印简历胡吹的问题.跟一些
做HR的朋友也聊过.很难有一个定论.自己努力固然重要,RP也是个很重要的因素.祝这里
找工作的xdjm最后都找到称心如意的工作.
