English, any suggestions? also, will it help if I put my experience as
private trader for the gap between my last job and now? i did some small
sized trades in US and China markets...

你的简历的格式可以修改一下：
通常简历可以分成这样几个部分：
objective
summary
skills
working experience
education and certification
在objective里面尽量多用关键字，recruiter搜寻简历的时候都是用关键字搜索的。你
的关键字出现的越多，你的简历被搜寻到的机会就越高。
summary里可以写上你的工作经历，比如 在哪个行业里做了多少年，比较擅长的是什么
，等等
一般情况下recruiter都只会看简历的前1/3， 所以你需要将你的亮点都放在前1/3上。 |

需要加入summary;
你的履历看上去不错，职责列的很清楚，但是要加入accomplishments;
你有CFA1-2很好，如果能快完成CFA3，更有竞争力。
现在市场不好，所以没有回复不要灰心。 |
