发帖数: 61 | 1 I'm currently on H1b visa and 90% likely to get an offer soon. The
recruiter has asked for reference and will do the background check within
the next few days. However, the company or the recruiter has not asked me if
I need sponsorship or not. I know this h1b transfer issue needs to be
addressed sooner or later, however, when and how to best raise this question
at this stage? Should I wait for the official offer to come first or bring
it up to my recruiter asap?
