Good. Everyone should take advantage of Roth IRA. It's actually a gift for the
poor people from the US govenment. I felt so bad one of my best friends in the
US never heard of Roth IRA after staying here for more than 6 years.

It'll take 2-3 weeks to move the entire porfolio to firstrade. Since $3000 is
only a portion of your entire porfolio, I suggest you just leave it there at
scottrade. And open two accounts at firstrade: a regular investment account
plus a Roth IRA account at firstrade for contribution of 2005. (I can refer

Funds don't charge low-balance fees, unless you buy the fund from the fund
company directly that requires a minimum total balance (for some funds
companies). Some brokers may charge low balance fees, but Scottrade and
firstrade don't.

Sounds for a long-term risk-taker. Remember that's for your retirement and
