我在vanguard traditional IRA Federal Money Market (Settlement fund) 放了＄
５５００，想转成roth IRA （我以前也有 roth IRA 帐号）。follow 以下
instruction
•Log on to your account.
•Under the "My Accounts" menu, select Buy & sell.
•Choose Exchange Vanguard funds.
•Select the traditional IRA(s) you want to convert.
但是 当我选＂where＇s the money going ＂， 我选 roth IRA。 系统自动跳出 "
roth conversion are not eligible for cross platform transactions"
这是什么问题？怎样才能 convert traditional IRA to roth IRA?

call vanguard. they are nice and they can do any transaction for you.
