research了下fidelity上的bond，发现下面这个SIMON PROP GRP LP NOTES (CUSIP
828807BW6)，他家的YTM有3.8%，比第二名高出1.7%。新人第一次买，不知道水深水浅
的，但是总是觉得这个事情too good too be true。想请教一下各位前辈，这里面有什
么猫腻吗？为什么这个bond的YTM比别人高出那么多？万望赐教！

rating的bond，收益在2%左右。这个好歹rating还有个A，收益却有3.58%，这才是我不
明白的地方。不知能否再次请教。多谢！

What are you trying to achieve by buying such a bond to be called away so
soon? I'd say if you don't understand bonds, sticking to CD or high yield
saving is probably better.

发帖数: 340 | 5 多谢大神指教。确实ytw只有0.xx%,因为有call schedule，现在明白了。
想买bond的原因主要是因为cd的return太低，想买一些回报稍微高一些的fixed income
，但是又希望风险能低一些。不知道大神有没有什么推荐？

发帖数: 1519 | 6 If I were you, I'd stick to high yield saving/CD. The reasons are simple.
First of all, you don't know enough about this stuff, and now you're willing
to listen to a stranger for bond investment advice? Who's going to hold
your hands and tell you everything is going to be fine, when things are
actually not perfect? Secondly, in my opinion, it's not worth the risks. If
I want higher return, I'd go with stocks.
But then that's just me. You need this money in a couple of years. That
doesn't sound like you have a good risk tolerance anyway.
