s*******i 发帖数: 79 | 1 请问有朋友听说过或买过 WealthMax Bonus Life Insurance 吗?
但是听上去too good to be true啊!
Index rate 12.5%(1-yr point-to-point: 8.5% + 1-
yr monthly cap: 4.0%)
1204 | 2 Here is my view - I think this is a Bad idea, at least for most people, for
2 key reasons:
1. A single premium life insurance is a MEC, which means even you take a
policy loan (not withdrawals), you will have to pay income tax. (Most cash
value insurance's big selling point is you can borrow money later in
retirement time without tax consequence, a MEC makes that benefit gone!)
2. You got the key benefit part wrong (your point 2 is completely wrong,
please check with your friend for details). There are other IUL products
with better benefits than this one.
If your friend who bought it and regretted it now, there is a law firm
investigating this issue now, contact the lawyers below -
