Bro, I implemented online payment, it's so amazing, I collected all rents on
the first day of this month.
So moving forward, I will put online payment as a requirement in the lease.

talented generations like you.. but for older tenants that don't even know
how an ATM works, how you expect them to pay with paypal?
I take credit cards on curtain situations but I upcharge 5%. |
