我的问题是,如果有2种基金,一种是index,YTD:6%, expense ratio:0.1%
另一种非index, YTD: 13%, expense ratio: 0.8%
假设其他的条件都差不多的情况下,应该选哪一种? |

既然expernse ratio 不影响YTD,那为什么版里的牛人都推荐expense ratio低 的产品

essentially asking which is bigger: (6%-0.1%) or (13%-0.8%). I'm sure you
know the answer. However, what's happened has happened. You don't know what
the future returns will be.
People recommend index funds not really because of the low ER. More
important is for even the clueless to still be able to attain average return
without breaking a sweat. Index by definition is the average, so index
funds will get you there regardless of how much you know about the market. |
