Bought one "sale by owner". All that needed was hiring a lawyer for closing
, and the attorney fee was split with seller 50% and 50%.

this will give them a little edge, which might be true, but the dual agent
typically puts the seller's interest above that of the buyer's.
Some brokerages or even states disallow such practice, one of my agents was

4 or 3.5. seller usually define this with the agent upfront. so if no buyer
agent, the seller agent will get a little bit more commission, and the
seller will save some money too. so the buyer will have some edge to get
this house. |
