Annual Investment Return Rate:
1. not counting the principal payment: 244*12/38,000=7.7%
2. counting the principal payment (244+200)*12/38,000= 11.7%
看上去很不错,貌似就算交给property management公司打理cash flow也略有盈余。大

to sell when kids go to college.
I didn't count tax since all incomes are subject to tax.
