my choice is:
VBMFX 40%
VFINX 15%
VWNFX 15%
VGTSX 30%
You can also increase percentage of stock MF holding.
But these three funds are all large cap. You may add some other funds:
small cap index, small cap value, emerging market.
In very long time (20-30 years), value beats growth, small beats large.

better off with that, especially if you are not going to manage the
periodical rebalancing your allocation.

Depends on your risk tolerance, you can increase or decrease
the percentage of stock/bond holding.
You can google "Vanguard lazy portfolio" to find some suggested
allocation for non-active investment using Vanguard fund.
