1.Emerging Market
A recent article in The Wall Street Journal pointed out that money has
poured "...into emerging market stocks faster this year than at any other
comparable time on record."
The same article highlights research performed by Societe Generale, which
indicated "...the price-to-book value of emerging market stocks is now
higher than those in the developed world." According to Societe Generale,
the last time that happened from mid-2006 to mid-2007, emerging | o*****c

although the condition is a little too strict. If you relax 6 months or 20%
below 200DMA, results will be quite different. Whether a pie is delicious or
not depends on not only the flavor, but also the guy slicing it. :-)

opinion seems to be that high valuation, justified or not, will remain for
some extended period of time.
