(Reuters) - A big market-making state bank in China's onshore foreign
exchange market has stopped foreign exchange forwards and swaps trading with
several European banks due to the unfolding debt crisis in Europe, two
sources told Reuters on Tuesday.

周一交易开始前，中国央行将人民币兑美元中间价调至1美元兑人民币6.3735元，这是
自2005年中国政府实施汇率改革以来人民币中间价创下的最高纪录。
北京一家银行的交易员称央行此次上调人民币中间价“完全出乎意料”，并说此举表明
中国央行正在向市场发送强烈信号，即尽管国外主权债务危机愈演愈烈，但其不会让人
民币贬值。
在过去五个交易日中，随着市场动荡引发投资者涌向美元和日圆等避险投资品，投资者
选择卖出持有的那些市场普遍认为币值被低估的货币以换取现金。他们卖出了在香港市
场交易的人民币。香港是中国内地之外惟一一个可以让投资者自由买卖人民币的市场。

卡扎菲（Moammar Gadhafi）之死消除了利比亚石油产业面临的一个重大不确定性，也
增加了利比亚石油产出在中断数月之后迅速恢复至战前水平的可能性。
外界此前曾有过担心，即由于卡扎菲仍然在逃，他的追随者可能发动一场和伊拉克类似
的针对石油基础设施的叛乱。这可能令外界期待已久的石油产出恢复正常再拖延一段时
间。
法国兴业银行（Societe Generale）大宗商品资深分析师维特纳（Mike Wittner）说，
所幸的是，卡扎菲的追随者现在将放下武器，利比亚国内安全局势将得以改善，利比亚
的油田将很快恢复生产。
