The I-485 applicant is a following to join derivative of an Employment Based
principal. Because the National Benifits Center did not have the principal
applicants file at the time of review, it could not be determined if the
pricipal applicant was employed by a direct family member and was required
to
file Form I-864. Therefore, the National Benifits Center was unable to
determine if the derivative, follow to join, applicant was required to file
Form I-134. Further examination is required by the field.
快面试了，这是让准备I134么？可是不是应该I864么。我工作，老婆还读书。
