发帖数: 8496 | 8 For CP to move forward, the I-130 needs to be approved first. Concurrent
filing is for I-485, not CP. Only after I-130 is approved and PD current,
NVC starts the CP process, so CP process is unlikely to begin the next 6
months.
So she should come on her own such as F/H/B visa if she can get one without
your help, if F1 or B1/2, she should wait 2-3 months after entry and then
file I-485. So September or October filing I-485 is possible. Filing I-485
too soon after entry may(or may not) cause visa fraud problem that is
difficult to overcome.
