Publications: 8 journals + 12 conferences; citation: ~100
Patent #1: US patent, granted, licensed and commercialized;
Patent #2 & #3: WO patents, commercialized globally.
Review: 50+; 3 conference chairs; 1 conference committee; 1 associate editor
of an international journal
REF主要是质疑了 contribution，版上考古了一下，发现除了模板challenge
contribution外，还challenge 了 patent 以及 conference papers:
1. 上千引用。
2. 我是co-inventor of a patent，"but the evidence simply shows that you are
a productive member of your research team, but hardly establish that your '
achievement have been recognized int he field of expertise' "
3. conference papers does not demonstrate original contributions.
To assist in determining whether the alien's contributions are original and
of major significance in the field, you may submit objective, independent
evidence:
.that people throughout the field currently consider the alien's work
important
.that the alien's contributions have provoked widespread public commentary
in the field.
.that the alien's publications have garnered a significant number of
citations
.that the alien's work is being implemented by others, evidence such as:
-contracts with companies using the alien's products
-licensed technology being used by others currently being utilized and
shown to be significant int he field

发帖数: 5337 | 8 第一，关于1000引用，可以找几个引用比较少的同领域的专家，一般助理教授就可以
第二，找专利的第一作者写证明信，证明你在整个项目中的贡献
第三，说明会议的重要性，举几个例子，证明参会的都是领域的专家，你和这些专家都
是一类人
总之，核心思想就是找和你一类的大牛，证明你的贡献和他们相当

商业化的证明提供了 license contract，还有购买的公司提供的 财务报表相关页，没
有提供 购买产品公司的 购买合同（这个需要点时间准备）
专利应该是不分主申请人的，但是我的确可以让公司director 开证明信。
还有什么有用的证据吗？

多半原因在PL写的不好，IO看不太懂，直接给你一个RFE，让你重新组织一次给他看看
现在IO给RFE都喜欢用USCIS的模板来给，什么东西都喜欢套着模板，说你这也不行，那
也不行，真是病的不轻。
如果你把PL写的清楚明了，RFE的几率会大大降低。
