”USCIS records indicate that an element of the background check process was
initiated in Mr. xxx's Form I- 485 case; and it is not yet complete. After
this process is complete, the Alien File (A-File) containing the
aforementioned Form 1-485 may be referred to an administrative review which
will facilitate the return of this case to an officer for adjudication at
the NSC. We are unable to determine the date on which Mr. xxx's permanent
residency case will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and when the
adjudication process may be completed. If your constituent does not received
a decision or other notice of action within 60 days, you may wish to
contact us for an update. “
虽然也是说背景检查没通过，但是貌似比版上以前贴的信息稍多点。
