大家帮看看我的策略是不是正确，还有什么要补充的。

detail, how the contribution was "original" (not merely replicating the work
of others) and how they were of "major" significance. General statements
regarding the importance of the endeavors may be insufficient.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) also notes that the
beneficiary graduated 2012. Please explain how such a recent graduate is
already at the top of their field.
Originality已经讨论的很清楚了，打印journal简介，说明journal的接收CRITERIA就
是要有ORIGINABILITY？再搞一封推荐信吗？怎么应对关于我刚毕业的问题？

现雇主当时没找人写推荐信，补充一封推荐信？

or will command a high salary or other substantial compensation.

be paid an annual salary of XXXXX with additional benefits; however, you

发帖数: 807 | 3 楼主的背景够了，可是从O1的反馈和楼主的问题看，至少有几点律师做的不好，或者是
楼主DIY的？
Original contribution，人家要求推荐人要好好讲讲原创性的细节，不是泛泛而谈。
光说期刊要求原创性没用啊，理论上所有的期刊都有原创性这个要求，在期刊上发表文
章是不能自证原创性的

establishments that have a distinguished reputation，是这条的完整要求，楼主
是做到一个有“distinguished reputation"组织或公司的关键性高管了吗？
A high salary or other remuneration for services as evidenced by contracts
or other reliable evidence 这一条也不是随便交一封offer letter，说明年薪加福
利就可以的。楼主需要拿出证据说明同行业类似公司的类似位置，美国公民拿了多少薪
水，然后楼主的薪水显著的超出同行业平均水平，证明公司愿意花大价钱来雇用楼主，
才可以成立。
说老实话，从楼主自己写的问题来看，就感觉楼主对O1申请条件没有吃透 |
