Only one of my papers has many citations (>70) and is published in top
journal. The others are craps. Just read an AAO case. The acclaim for
contribution was denied because only one contribution is accepted as being
significant.
Any strategy? Thanks.

I can only brag these on one item only. this is the biggest problem. Have to
show at least one more significant contribution.
