EB-1A Approvals in June 2013
This report includes fourteen (14) EB-1A cases filed by Liu & Associates and
approved by the USCIS in June 2013. We list the basic credentials of each
case and hope our readers find the information helpful. For confidentiality
purposes, a number is assigned to replace the petitioner/beneficiary's name

2。推荐信不多，好像至多才用6个，好多只有两个独立推荐人

发帖数: 307 | 7 有关EB-1A中的审稿一项，USCIS并没有给出具体的要求（即至少要达到XX篇，才承认这
项claim）。我去年11月审EB-1A，claim了review一项，总共只有7次（IF最高的也就3.
2），一个月就批了（NO pp)。我觉得次审稿次数并非唯一的决定性因素，最关键的是
拿到至少一位eiditor给你出据的review verification letter。这上面应该指明：
（1）这个期刊在业内地位如何，
（2）为什么选你做reviewer，
（3）你的review comments是否准确到位，
（4）这对"keep the high quality of our journal"是否有帮助。

坚决不许超过。

想想5封也是够的啦。
但是回复rfe时要提交足够的objective evidence，否则还是交推荐信的。当时一直担
心，他们的风格确实很简洁，加上exhibit list, 也只不过20页。

发帖数: 287 | 14 我申请NIW的时候用的是刘家premium service。律师帮着写推荐信的那种。我觉得他家
律师的推荐信写的比较朴实，没有大段大段的吹嘘，而且推荐信都是不超过2页的那种
